18+. Not in sanctioned countries. KYC verified. Businesses OK with docs.

3. Services

Portfolio management (crypto/stocks).Dashboard tracking.Tree per investor (via partners).

4. Your Account

Secure signup.Fees: [e.g., 1-2% AUM, trading spreads—full schedule here].Withdrawals: 1-5 biz days, min $100.

5. Risks – FACE REALITY

6. Prohibited

No wash trading, manipulation, fraud. Violations = account freeze + reports to SEC.

7. Payments

ACH/wire/card. USD only. Refunds? Case-by-case.

8. Tree Program

One tree per new investor. No cash value. Partners handle planting.

9. Liability Cap

We cap at fees paid. No consequential damages. Force majeure applies.

10. Termination

We can boot you anytime for cause. You: Close account, settle trades.

11. Governing Law

Delaware, USA. Arbitration in NYC.
